What
is the process once I submit my resume to Digital Action?
We will promptly review your resume and classify
your skills and experience in order to add you to our extensive, keyword
searchable database of candidates. When we receive a suitable opening,
one of our recruiters will contact you to discuss your skills, experience,
salary requirements, career goals and geographic preference. We may
not contact you immediatelyplease do not get discouraged, we are
continuously developing new opportunities and will be in contact when
we have the right one to present to you. Once we have identified a opportunity,
we will present you with all the information about that position to
see if you are interested and to obtain permission to submit your credentials
to the client company. At the clients request, we will then set
up an interview, provide you with information about the company and
the hiring manager, prepare you for the interview, and give you feedback
after the interview. We assist with all negotiations when an offer is
extended and help you through the resignation process from your current
company.

What
does it cost to work with a recruiter?
There
is never a search fee for candidates. The "cost" to a candidate,
however, needs explanation. Without exception, our search process necessitates
a relationship between recruiter and candidate based on honesty, trust,
and cooperation. Candidates must be willing to invest in the process
for it to have a successful outcome. "Investing" means making
time to interview, preparing for interviews (ie:"doing your homework"),
being honest with your feelings and opinions, keeping your recruiter
updated on your other job leads. Our goal is to ensure that both the
candidate and employer win.
