Ken Diamond is Digital Action’s founder and President, overseeing all of our firm’s strategic initiatives and operations. Before starting the firm, Ken was a top performer in various sales and management positions within the Digital Technology sector. Always on the cutting edge of technology, Ken advanced revolutionary digital solutions that dramatically increased productivity in the production of high quality conventional and digital printing.As digital printing showed great promise and opportunity for savings and
efficiencies, Ken launched Digital Action to provide solutions for firms
acquiring digital print technologies, helping with product positioning,
sales training, client acquisition, seminar marketing and strategic
direction to achieve profitability.Responding to a constant cry for “great people”, Ken directed the firm’s
expansion into executive search and recruiting services, hiring an
experienced management team of industry experts. Achieving double-digit
growth and success in Digital Technologies, the firm expanded services to
the Pharmaceutical and Health Care markets.
Timothy Cousounis

tcousounis@digital-action.comA proven strategist and innovator, Tim brings an in-depth knowledge of the healthcare industry to the talent acquisition and growth advisory services of Digital Action. With a wealth of senior management experience in the home care, ambulatory services, and health foundation sectors-most recently with the Jefferson Health System and Community Health Affiliates Foundation-Cousounis has firsthand knowledge of the transformation strategies used by successful heatlhcare organizations to position themselves in emerging markets. He will instrumental in bolstering Digital Action's acumen in this market, where convergence of technology-based skills and clinical knowledge is rapidly taking hold. In addition to being a certified healthcare executive and holding Diplomate status in the American College of Healthcare Executives, Cousounis has received a Masters in Healthcare Administration from The George Washington University in Washington, DC, and a Bachelors degree in Management from Temple University in Philadelphia.
Cathy Kita
Managing Director
ckita@digital-action.comWith more than 15 years of Graphic Arts/Printing industry experience, Cathy brings a thorough understanding of digital print technologies, pre press, customer relationship management, communications technology and software applications. Cathy comes to Digital Action from IBM Printing Systems, where she was a senior sales executive. Previously, she held regional sales positions with AM Multigraphics and Linotype-Hell. Cathy manages Digital Action’s offices in Atlanta, providing a local presence, while continuing to maintain the national scope of the company.
